This week’s freebie
Single parenting can make it incredibly easy to put your own needs last. But research shows that even small daily moments of rest can lower stress and help you show up more patiently and fully for your kids, too.
That’s why we created a free Self-Care Menu for Single Parents: a simple list of realistic self-care ideas for whenever you have 2 minutes or 20. Hang it on your fridge or save it on your phone as a daily reminder that you matter, too. 🩵
This week’s post
One of the hardest parts of divorce that we don’t talk about enough is the loss of community. Beyond losing a partner, many of us also lose mutual friends, routines, and spaces that once felt like home. These things are often referred to as “secondary losses.”
While many of us may still grieve some of those connections, the growth and change that came from rebuilding a life that feels more aligned is invaluable.
This week’s article
Masculinity is evolving alongside society, and many men are struggling to find where they fit within those changes.
In this article, contributing writer Chris Bowers explores how shifting gender norms, economic pressures, and changing family dynamics are impacting men’s emotional well-being and sense of identity.
